  • Standard messaging rates may apply based on your carrier. UsarxMeds does not charge for sending SMS.

3. Phone Communication

We may contact you by phone in specific situations for your safety and order accuracy:

  • Prescription Verification: Our pharmacist may call to verify your prescription details or discuss medication alternatives.
  • Order Issues: If there's a problem with your order (payment issues, address discrepancies, out-of-stock items), we may call to resolve it quickly.
  • Delivery Problems: If your package encounters delivery issues, we may call to arrange redelivery or provide updates.
  • Safety Alerts: For critical medication recalls or safety warnings related to your purchased medications, we may contact you by phone.
  • We will never make unsolicited sales calls. All phone communications are order-related or safety-related only.
  • Our outbound calls will always come from +1 (561) 905-4006. We will never ask for sensitive financial information over the phone.
Beware of Scams: UsarxMeds will NEVER call you asking for your credit card number, CVV, bank passwords, or Social Security number. If you receive such a call, it is NOT from us. Report it immediately.
