Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under certain circumstances due to the sensitive nature of medicines. Products eligible for return include:

  • Incorrect products delivered (e.g., wrong medicine or dosage) compared to your order.
  • Expired products delivered at the time of receipt.

Note: Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect self-diagnosis, or failure to provide a valid prescription are not accepted as per health and safety regulations.

Timeframe for Returns

To initiate a return, you must adhere to the following timeframe:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect product) along with your order details.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply, at the discretion of UsarxMeds.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any labels or seals, and follow the return instructions provided.
  • Ship the product back to us using the designated courier or method specified in the RMA.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by UsarxMeds only in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product). Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility and Processing

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, or as store credit, depending on the case.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order qualifies for a return (e.g., one item out of multiple).

Note: Shipping charges, if any, paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacements

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement for the returned product:

  • Replacements are provided for incorrect or damaged items, subject to availability.
  • If the original product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative of equal value or issue a refund.
  • Replacement shipping will be handled by UsarxMeds at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, the following applies:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
  • A full refund will be issued for canceled orders, processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled and will be subject to the standard return policy if applicable.
